United Federation of Planets Communications - Communications Array Alpha

I was looking through the forums today and tried to go to our homepage via the Site Links on the top right and got this....

I could do it fine earlier but now I get that. So im wondering, is this another attack from Fed Command once again or is it just my browser messin with me?

Oh and my browser isnt Firefox

Its not saying it is, if you continue reading it, it says MSIE9 and Mozila does not = Firefox
