There is currently a networking issue affecting our New Jersey location. We have contacted our connection provider and they are looking into the cause of the issue. We are sorry for any inconvenience that this may be causing you and your group.

dadigi [Client] Since our recent connection issues, sound quality has been terrible. Our codec settings are the same, yet it sounds worse. Please advise.

Dustin [Staff] Hello,
The issues in new jersey are still ongoing. The packet loss will make the sound quality not as good. Once the issue is resolved the sound quality will return to normal.
