Char portrait

I have a question i need help with.How the heck do put a pic in ur char profile on the STO website in your account for each one of chars?I've some people have them,but I don't see any where for to add a portrait to the profile of each one of my chars on the site in my account.

its updated on a regular basis. although its bugged right now, so they haven't updated since Season 2 went live.
