I cannot seem to see the /images directory, is it possible I have some retarded pre-conditioned level of access? I need root, not whatever the hell I have now.
Picard gave me root months ago, I thought we were past this precautionary red-tape. Clearly not.

I have checked your FTP Account. You did have access to the /web folder, however, I did notice a mistake in that account. I have deleted your FTP and recreated it. You should now be able to see the images folder. Please let me know if there is anything else I may do for you. Please check your PM with your new account information.
