rank update

since my resignation apparently didn't find it's way to the proper authorities there is no reason for me to still be ensign. i hereby request my rank to be updated according to this thread.

no, i resigned in 2007, but apparently (dont ask why) they didnt know about it and demoted me in 2009 for inactivity. the demoted me one rank so i should still be LT JG.

thats not my point. i'm not arguing about my demotion. it was justified. i didn't use the proper channels for my resignation and fine, i got demoted. frankly i dont care, it was 2 years ago. i left for my own reasons and now i'm back. can we close this chapter please?

since there is no evidence of a second demotion, yes. every officer who resigns and later returns get the rank of ensign but since my resignation was never apparently formalized i wish to regain my rank. which is Lt JG, since i was demoted.

EDIT: and it would be appreciated if further discussion about my resignation went via PM.
