There are time limits on promotions. We also look for activity on the forums, gaming activity, helping others, etc.

Keep doing what your doing now but also participate in this forum:

If you do that, stay active in game, and your squad CO will recommend you for promotion. Also keep tabs on training dates and participate in those if possible.

Carbonizer is in charge of the promotions, you must send him a quote from the bible everyday in order to win his favours.
