Congratulations to everyone in [UFP] and Starfleet. It was a desering and glorious day for both Fleets and I would like to say that I would "fly" with anyone from Starfleet at anytime. I would also thank you for your assistance throughout this war.

The great day of victory over IOC has come. Fascist IOC, forced to her knees by the united federation of planets and her Allies.

Being aware of the wolfish habits of the IOC ringleaders, who regard treaties and agreements as empty scraps of paper, we have no reason to trust that they wont try to rise again. It is true, one group of IOC ships in the area 5 parsecs away from Federation space is still evading surrender. But I trust that the united federation of planets will be able to bring it to its senses.

Now we can state with full justification that the historic day of the final defeat of IOC, the day of the great victory of our fleet over IOC imperialism has come.

The great sacrifices we made in the name of the freedom and independence, proper grammar and spelling has paid off. The intense work in the rear and at the front, placed on the altar of UFP, have not been in vain, and have been crowned by complete victory over the enemy. Henceforth the great banner of the freedom of the peoples and peace among peoples will fly throughout the federation.

Two months ago Hawkeye declared for all to hear that his aims included the dismemberment of UFP. He declared bluntly: “We will destroy UFP so that she will never be able to rise again.” This was two months ago. However, Hawkeye’s crazy ideas were not fated to come true—the progress of the war scattered them to the winds. In actual fact the direct opposite of the Hawkeyes’ ravings has taken place. IOC is utterly defeated.

Officers Of UFP! The Great Patriotic War has ended in our complete victory. The period of war in UFP is over, but not forgotten.
