Division Admiral Himble has served with us for a long time. During this period he has held several command positions, including Academy Commandant and 2nd Fleet CO. This officer has given a piece of himself to this fleet and by majority council vote I am pleased to award you, sir, with the Crimson Heart.
I think it should be said that Admiral Himble is an extrodinarily long serving officer with not a single incident on his record and has always set the bar for professionalism and discipline. His leadership in the Academy has affected a majority of the fleet and molded a lot of our officers into some of the finest in the community. He is one of UFP's most respected officers.
