Hi all, I felt it about time we returned all Captain Carbonizer's effort in opening diplomatic contact with my fleet.

My in-game name is Deanna Grax, she is only a low level due to the fact we're a relatively new fleet and we are having to build it from the ground up. We have an outline for a NAP and are currently working out a formal draft, I do apologise to Carbonizer and the rest of [UFP] for the length of time it’s taken us to get this far.
