TS status on site not working

for the past few days, the TS Status report on the site has been down its just showing this

Error
Code: 2568
insufficient client permissions (failed on servergrouplist 16775/0x4187)

Help & solution to this problem is located at the F.A.Q.

is this something engineering can fix? or is it Digi and some kind of TS setting he needs to fix
